Hi, I’m Dr. Elana Miller.
I built my own integrative private practice from scratch — twice.
When I graduated residency in 2017, I started a private practice built around autonomy, depth, and integrative care — blending evidence-based medicine with nutrition, functional labs, and mind-body healing. I built it from scratch. No insurance contracts. No rushed visits. No one telling me how to care for my patients.
Then I did it again, after surviving cancer in between, because I knew exactly what kind of work I wanted to do and the system wasn’t built for it.
